Our chef at The Kitchen is a culinary journeyman whose love affair with food began in the heart of his family’s kitchen.
Formally trained at a prestigious culinary school, he went on to hone his skills in the kitchens of London’s Michelin-starred restaurants, learning from the best in the business. But his true calling awaited him across the Atlantic in New York City.
There, Chef Gavin discovered a world of flavors, reminiscent of the vibrant markets of his homeland. This fusion of cultures and ingredients inspired his culinary philosophy: using local, seasonal ingredients to create unforgettable dining experiences.
Chef Gavin’s talent and dedication took him to esteemed kitchens like 3-Michelin-starred Chiz Nico and the 1-Michelin-starred No. 1 Lambord St. He also made waves on the Food Network, showcasing his skills as a Chopped Champion.
