General Manager

AJ's impressive career includes senior roles with esteemed organizations such as MGM Resorts International, Wynn Resorts, Sycuan Casino-Resort, Hard Rock Café International, and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Most recently, AJ served as the Senior General Manager at Bardot Brasserie by Michael Mina, located within the Aria Resort & Casino. 

AJ also brings extensive knowledge in beverage management, holding certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirit Education Trust, and the Agave Spirits Institute, among others.
